At Gym on the Park was born of asking one question:

What’s the most efficient, sustainable way to get these benefits into our lives?

We were shocked to find that, even with lots of high-quality instruction around, nobody else seemed to be looking for an answer to that question. We became obsessed. What would a program look like that delivers maximum results within a realistic commitment? Thousands of hours of coaching, training, and studying later, we arrived at a simple recipe for success:

  • 1 Become accountable to a supportive community in a nice environment with no distractions.
  • 2 Train your entire body, twice per week for 45 minutes.
  • 3 Start light, emphasize proper technique, and gradually build your strength.
  • 4 Don’t tolerate pain during training or excessive soreness after. Get the right dose.
  • 5 Change your exercises every month so you see progress but don’t get bored.

That’s it! And it’s all we do. No yoga. No kickboxing. No mango smoothies. Just a world-class strength program for regular, busy people.
